Feedback

My sleep apnea is being treated by a VA sleep doctor using the Zzoom positional pillow. My apnea was “high moderate” with CPAP after 6 months it improved to moderate. With the zzoom it is now mild

My husband took the survey after years of me trying to convince him to do a sleep study. I think the app may have convinced him!

Sleep App Review

Overall was pretty easy to use and gave me some solid information!

Not for People with ME/CFS

The questionnaire does not even ask about Long Covid, ME/CFS, or dysautonomias which are known to have a profound impact on sleep. Given the large number of people with these conditions, you would think that the Cleveland Clinic would include them. If you have ME/CFS, Long Covid, or any dysautonomias, I would suggest researching information from Bateman Horne Center or Dysautonomia International. Their resources are more valuable and useful for people with those conditions.
