Very good can check heart rate loved that part you can put what ever white noise on you want but some need to pay for I fell straight to sleep with the thunderstorm on with the rushling of the leaves cN chose more then one white noise to sleep to it also tracks your sleep to see how long you slept for and if you made any noise in your sleep. Highly recommend this app
