The app doesn’t always show data right away. Also it may be locked out for days. My husband’s app for his cpap has a lot more information.

Why does this have to so difficult to log in, pop up articles and auto fill is discouraged? I miss the original system. You are trying to get me to buy things not needed in the previous system.

First time order supplies for my new machine on the app. Very easy. Really like it. Like the informational articles also.

Have tried multiple times and get a "can't install try again later" type message.

Helps keep track of when to order supplies for my CPAP machine. Also somewhat tracks my sleep score progress though not as well as the Resmed app does.

I really appreciate that ordering and what supplies I am eligible for with my insurance, is so easily accessible.
No account info, no supply info, no order history or order info
No information on my supplies and no billing or previous order information. This app has such limited info specific to me I don’t find it useful. The info videos on home page are the same and less than I find on YouTube so I wouldn’t start here on this app. MyAir gives more detailed history info on device so not sure what use the app is🤷♀️ Hopefully I’m missing something about the benefits of the app or they will be available in near future. App does open and no errors so I gave it 2 stars for that.

This sleep circle app is super convenient
Necessity but poor support
It’s helpful to order supplies, but doesn’t sync accurately with cpap machine consistently and doesn’t allow you to review past purchases; only tracking numbers. I would appreciate more transparency with what they’re charging my insurance company.
Poor quality app
App stopped updating 8 days ago. I gave up and downloaded the My Air app for instead.

Everything is good, just that options are limited in what you can do.
Won’t accept my email
The app pretty much works but it rejects my email address as invalid. Guessing it filters out tld’s it thinks are wrong but I have a .zone address that is perfectly valid.
Lacking Information
I got the app because I thought it might be easier to see all the data that I can see on my machine. Nope. The app is really only good for reordering supplies and seeing how many hours you used it.
