Better site
I would like to have an app that is more like a marketplace where I could look at the various items, see their pictures, and make decisions regarding what to get. I have been wondering if I would like a medium size mask cushion instead of a large, but that option didn’t come up that I could find. I would order one and try it if it were easy to get. I don’t know how you could do it, but somehow an explanation for how big I need could be discussed.

First time using SleepCircle, excellent so far!
Supply orders
I never get the status of my order. It would be nice to receive confirmation of the order being received, and shipped along with a tracking number. Then I wouldn’t have to call 10 days after I placed the order to find out if it was received and when it was arriving.
Where is my order?
I went thru this order process weeks ago and nothing came! I’m trying again.

I’ve had nothing but problems ever since I started with this company. They tell me they’re gonna send supplies and they don’t. I leave several messages and don’t get returned calls until I have to call the head office and they send emails and they still don’t reply. It’s been one thing after another ever since I’ve gotten my CPAP machine.

Sleep Circle is Half-Assed
Sleep Circle is great for ordering supplies. Other than that it’s not useful. I nce I place an order I can’t track it. Because of this, I don’t think I’m going to use it. I will place my orders by phone instead.
Log in issues
I should not have to attempt to log in to the app two times, every time I attempt to log in. I called customer service, they said they are aware of it and that’s just the way it is.
Edit
I can’t figure out how to edit the numbers of order items I ordered 1 but on the finish order page the item read 2 other then that easy to use

I really don’t have any negative thoughts about my purchases through this business. Only thing is it be nice if they had photos of the items that they sell so i can see if i want to purchase something different.
Sleep Circle
The app doesn’t always show data right away. Also it may be locked out for days. My husband’s app for his cpap has a lot more information.
