As I said, this product really works but I have to delete & reinstall the app every time I use it.
Dreadful App - Won’t Open and Loses Connectivity
So this App drives me insane. Each time I want to use my belt I open the app and just get a black screen. Have to delete the app, unpair the belt then reload the app and go through the first time user faff ever single time! This means it doesn’t collate data and show me my progress. It also loses connectivity to the belt when I’m sitting next to my phone with the belt on - so how am I out of reach of my phone? Truly dreadful!! I am using an iPhone 15 with latest iOS installed (July 24)

So first you guys take the app down for a while. Ow it’s back up which I’m actually elated that it is back up but now why can’t I login with my existing login info ? Can’t even contact you guys on the site about this?

After a bit of time off using this product I decided to give it another go. I have an account set up, but it won’t let me log in stating an SSL error. Have tried deleting the app and reloading but nothing. Extremely disappointing, when will companies learn that the app is an integral part of the product? Not good enough that I can’t use the app without logging on.

Terrible app
Won’t let me login or register. Keeps saying SSL error. Company gone into liquidation, so no staff available to help.

Disconnection issue
This has been mentioned numerous times and has still not been resolved! The app keeps disconnecting from the belt and you have to uninstall the app. C’mon Slendertone, this is a fantastic product but the app really lets it down!
Scam
Gel pads were just replaced, and it says to replace. Won’t start program. Got a message not related to complaint. My brand new gel pads were not good enough, kept saying replace. They are 20 bucks a pop, they should last more than 3x.
Used to work
Used to work, but no app updates in 9 months. Open the app and it’s a black screen. The device cannot be manually operated (app is required) so it’s basically obsolete until the app is updated.
Terrible app
Worked for 6 days then just lost the connection. Won’t reconnect at all. Tried everything. Terrible piece of software.
Device is amazing!! App is tragic…
First of all in 2021 where everything is connected by Bluetooth this constant losing signal is shame. Should be fixed as soon as possible. This product was ment to be used with app so if some of them is not working we can call it unfinished product. Second is the app which looks like was made for iPhone 3GS. I had one and I remember 😉
