This company has gone belly up. Cannot compete with other delivery services and cancels your order and never tells you, leaving you wondering where your food is.

They had me sign up for the app, texted me the pizza would be there in 30 min. An hour and a half later I called the pizza place who never got the order and told me if I wanted my money back. I had to call Slice. Slice told me that they emailed me that the order was canceled instead of texting me like they did when they said it was coming. They also can’t get me my money back quickly. worthless company.

They increase the price of the pie and additional toppings along with a service fee so If you like having 18.5% added to your bill using this app over calling, then this is for you!

On three separate occasions I have had my food literally just not delivered. This app is worthless.

Links to track order in app don’t work
I placed an order through my local pizzeria‘s website that now uses Slice. On the confirmation page there’s a large call to action button to track the order in the app. When you click on it, it brings you to the app and your order is not there. Similarly I got a text with a confirmation for my order and a link to click to track my order’s progress. Clicking the link brings you to the app where once again the order is not available. I contacted support who said you can only see orders in the app that are placed in the app.
It makes no sense to have web-based orders and confirmation texts point to the app and tell you to use the app to track your order if that’s not available. I’m glad I left the browser tab with my confirmation page open because if I had closed it, I would then have no way to track my order.

The Slice app is user friendly. I wish there was a custom option.

I use this app all the time. Fees are reasonable, there’s no up charges, food is hot and freshly made, orders go straight to the restaurant and they deliver asap.
zero stars for Slice
The first time I ordered thru slice, they canceled my order twice, and when I went to the restaurant, my order had been ready all along. I paid a third time and receive food that had been done for an hour. Tonight, my order said it was being confirmed for 40 minutes.
Again, go to restaurant to find my order had been ready. and even better, this time I ran out of gas on the way home after having to wait for so long. Restaurant is great, Slice sucks.

Poorly designed app
The app is poorly designed. There is no designated button to complete the order. I just happened to touch the bottom of the screen which the submitted my order… please make the aubmit order visible
