The new app is terrible. It’s so confusing to try to change the pizza shop. Just becomes annoying to navigate the different parts of the app.

They provide zero value when there is an issue. They take a fee and any interaction when there is an issue is that they call the store. Just order direct. Slice is actually a worthless service when you really need it.
New update sucks
Go back to the old layout where you could see all the places, and not in a drop down menu. It’s a pain.
Online versus at the counter
I’m new to Slice. I placed my first order online. I was happy to see the 10% discount for placing an order online. I drove to the store and walked in to get my order. At the counter I noticed a small colorful sign for cheesecake. I had already ordered cheesecake online along with my meal. The sign to my surprise had cheesecake at $5. I was a little disappointed because I had ordered it for $5.99! When I half jokingly said I’ll give mine back and purchase this one for $5. The person behind the counter just said “we can’t do that”. I’m so thrilled at least I got 10% off. NOT
