Limited functionality, slow, ancient, useless waste of time
This app is super slow and has almost no functionality. Only one of the the views shown in the app description loads. The remainder pretend to load with gray animation, but after 10 minutes… nothing.
If there were apps back in the 1900s, I would say this one hasn’t been updated since then.

Worst costumer service, will not honor warranty, will not return emails, they put the blame on everything except their distinctive product

This app is a great concept. What information it has is very well presented. Unfortunately, I rarely find the error message I need in its listing. The error message database is sorely lacking. Also, it has not been updated in 2 years! There is nothing for the newer Core1 (STP XX-US-41) series inverter.

Stuck in the Service Agreement
Totally useless. Initially opens to the service agreement, but doesn’t scroll down. Presumably, I should scroll down to a button that says “agree” upon which I can use the app. No such luck.
I’m no software engineer but it strikes me as pretty reasonable to expect such a simple feature would be pretty seamless.

A good start
Finally what the field needs! Nice work so far SMA - please keep adding links to Tech Tip videos, Manuals, Svc call-in number.
Ideas - add short 1min mini guides, add a “chat” function to chat direct with SMA Support, etc
