Worst app/Bad service

I used it a lot before even when the app it’s ridiculous slow and annoying to use or when they want a document upload, which is fair but take ages, do it all the time and after that still not in use the account to make transactions, got tired of contacting customer support and they’re extremely useless too.
You’re better with Ria transfer tbh, so fast and reliable.

Complicated / Compliance 🤦🏻‍♂️

I used to use small world and only small world to send money, I would recommend small world to my friends and family all the time. But after using TapTap Send for past year and half I’m not going back to small world again. It’s so easy to use the app and create new payees on the other hand small world is so complicated and long process. Unnecessary details are needed to create new payees. Bkash payments service with Taptap is awesome 🤩. And thy don’t ask for documents on every transactions once verified with ID its should be sufficient for any company..!!

Worse

They have the worst customer service and currency rates. They put you through a compliance verification process when you have already completed. They take your money and then later send you an email saying your transfer is on hold. I was only sending $50 bucks not $50 grand. Just an inconvenience company. That’s why I use their competitors.

Buggy app, ok service, suspicious activity

I was very skeptical about this app after reading the most recent reviews. However, the USD to BDT rate was very high here so I took the risk. Took 3 days for the money to reach the destination bank which I made my peace with considering I got more money because of their unbeatable conversion rate.
Sadly, I got a suspicious activity alert from my bank after a week. I don’t recall using my debit card anywhere else lately. While I can’t tell with certainty why my debit card was hacked a week later but I can’t recommend this app to my friends either. I had no choice but to get a new debit card.

Other impressions:
App quality: 1/5 (very buggy)
Transfer time: 3/5 (not the fastest, but ok)
Conversation rate: 5/5 (the highest in my experience)
Security: 0/5 (at least in my experience)
Transaction fee: 1/5 (most apps offering free transfers)

Bad App

Hello this App is not a good app don’t waste your time using it or recommending it to others cuz a friend sent me money using this app from Italy, he sent it to my bank account, they said it will take 3 business days before the money will reflect in my account but it is 7 business days now and I’m not seeing anything in my account, it’s a bad app , you have to avoid it

Payment options flaws

I have already logged this flaw but I haven’t seen any improvements on it. Customers should be able to manage their payment options. Ebay, Ria , WU and likes are have the option to allow customers to delete and and card payment but this particular app or web version of your services restrict users from this. There are loads of options nowadays but I don’t see any updates or improvements. Its a same. I have to always enter my long 16 digit although it’s successfully added to my account but its not populating for selecting. Shame!!!
This needs looking at.

Disgraceful customer service

Do not use this app at all. It takes them days for a decision, and whenever you try to contact them they are always unavailable. I have been waiting over a week for a review of a transfer that everywhere else takes an hour or two. Worst company alive

Please stay away from Small World money transfer.If you need to send money within a week. Their customer service is so bad. I will say in one word they have no customer service. It's been 10 days since my money is not going, they don't do anything.!!

Hangs and crashes during payer agent input

This version Works all the way to payer selection but, at that point, it keeps swirling rather than displaying the list or map of available agents and then crashes on iPhone14plus

Takes too much time and poor response

Try to avoid small world money transfer if you really need urgent transection. It takes too much time. They said it will take 2-3 business days. But even after 5 days still status is showing under review. Customer service response is also very poor. Good bye SmallWorld.
Btw if anybody wants/loves to take extra headache after sending money to back home than you guys can use SmallWorld.

Can’t get hold of anyone

I can’t get hold of anyone in the customer service department to process my transaction after verifying my identity. Terrible!

Customer service

Custumer service is horrible. The app doesn’t allow you to add the recipient’s middle name, but the bank they’re working with abroad want to see every single name before paying. And if you try to call them, there is no one available to address your problem. Meaning there can not be any emergency here! You will be great with a good customer service. Thank you
