GREAT APP!!
The app is great! I see people complaining about it but I just think it takes a minute to learn, and it’s worth it. I always shop in the app before I go to the store so I don’t go unprepared trying to figure it all out there. The coupons are very useful and it’s easy to see whether it’s been clipped or not under any menu. Sometimes you even get free stuff which is unheard of. Don’t forget to scan your barcode at the register! :) I’m grateful to Smart & Final for their great prices and high quality products.

Great store and great staff that works there!! The prices went up I’ve notice. Smart and Final is starting to compete with Ralphs prices….its a bit disappointing.
Coupons never work on mobile orders
The coupons never work when I try to place an order only in store
A seriously flawed app.
The good news is the app does work as intended in that it lets you place orders with Smart & Final. There is one flaw that is truly infuriating though. You cannot up update account settings in it. I tried updating my account, it redirected to the web browser asking I sign in. Once signed in it redirects back to the app to a page that says the page requested is missing. That is a really bad flaw to be unable to make changes in the app.

App is slow. Every time I try to place an order it won’t let me

I mostly do curve side pick up and sometimes I have to call because I’m there past the 30 min of my pick up time
App Failures
App is sticky (lags) and is even harder to use in store than elsewhere. Tap a response, it takes upwards of 20 seconds to respond, if at all. I love shopping at this store but find even using the app to scan digital coupons to be a pain. And, why even have digital coupons? If you have a member number, they should be automatically applied to any applicable item. Annoying.

Needs help
I constantly have an issue with my payment. A few times I ran into issues with my card getting locked cause my payments wouldn’t go through. I also have to search and search at times for my product cause it’s only labeled one way.

I like this app, I love shopping at smart and final. The downside is you can only use one coupon at a time. The app also shuts down on its own but that thankfully has gotten better. Please let us use more coupons.

Good deals on wheels
I don’t have to compromise good deals for getting delivery, and I’ve always had good experience with the service. The app works and I can plan and shop sales in one sitting. The flyer promo for delivery did not work, oddly, so I’m a bit bummed out my 10 buck delivery coupon code was deemed invalid, but it’s still worth it.
