Hate this app!! It’s freezes all the time, doesn’t show all items.
Problems with check out
Card processing is approved but then fails. Bank approval is made but something happens and it doesn’t work. It takes 2 days for the card to be refunded
Buggy, buggy, buggy
This app is not ready for prime time. Entering credit card info should be a copy-and-paste procedure—best practice re security, whereas actually typing the info is worst practice.
I tapped on “My Bar Code,” just out of curiosity, and the screen went to maximum brightness and the Dock disappeared. I had to quit the app to get out of there. This apparently was an odd glitch, because I relaunched the app and again tapped on “My Bar Code,” and the Dock remained accessible, so I was able to exit.
But please fix the credit card entry issue. Having to manually enter sensitive data is disqualifying.

Checkout difficult
First time delivery order and getting thru to checkout was a real challenge: No help, no prompting just popups informing that I lost my delivery time-slot.
Anybody home???
What’s the point of an app when the store employees don’t know how to fulfill the orders?

My car died and unable to pick up order . on top of ad it showed free delivery, did I miss spell the code can you honor the free delivery , I frequently order from your store, having a car problem and a senior. Thank you. Linda Smith

The services good. The app is glitchy and keeps making me restart and by the time I restart whether it’s the payment plan or the promo code or entering the information delete all of the previous information which delays- then the timeslot is gone and resets the whole this and I have to re enter again. I’m not slow but it took. Long time to get it right

Sale prices do not appear in cart
I wanted to get the red cherries at the advertised sale price but I could not get the sale price to show up on the order form

This App is ok for digital coupons. But, for order pick up, it was not great.
Old school but functional
06/2026 - Smart & Final needs work but I’m grateful to have pickup as an option and my local store.
Pick up Orders, and In house shopping
The Staff and Management ( Esp. Karen, Kevin, John) has consistently been Excellent,and personable ever since I first started shopping at Smart and Final ever since I moved to Simi Valley in 2002
App difficult to use
Kicked me out when I was getting ready to pay . Went back in and the cart was empty. Started over had trouble getting to check out, adding payment for out of state to deliver to my military family in CA. I chose for delivery once my order was done but it kept trying to set up as pickup. It was a hot mess. Hopefully they get the delivery.

Is the app not working for the last few days
App Suddenly Unusable
Last time I went to Smart & Final to shop on 6/12/2026, I was suddenly unable to use the app while inside the store. I would tap the app icon, then it was just go nowhere disappear. So I went outside the store, based on previous experiences with the same app freezing while inside the store. This time, going outside the store did not help either. I tried again today to access the app from home, and it is still going nowhere and just disappearing. I am up-to-date on my iPhone updates. Please help!
