Filter no longer works
I’m not sure if there was an update or something, but when I’m trying to create a look, you can no longer filter by category. There’s a little check mark next to my category that says all to have to scroll through hundreds of items to try and find the type of thing I’m looking for is really no longer worth it. Can this bug be fixed please. I love the app otherwise

Great app!
Helps me keep my closet organized. Love the google search feature for importing images. Could use more streamlined editing and sorting though! There is no sort option.
Completely Unreliable Paid Version
I’m really disappointed with this app. I upgraded to the paid version specifically to back up my outfits, which is a core feature for a digital closet. Unfortunately, I’ve already lost my saved outfits twice.
What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve reached out to customer support multiple times and never received any response. Paying for a service that doesn’t reliably store your data and offers no support when things go wrong is unacceptable.
I really wanted to like this app, but until they fix the backup reliability and improve their customer service, I wouldn’t recommend it.

What's the Point
I completely couldn't believe that 2 years of collecting images for this app was gone in an update. The Pro Version is linked to my Facebook and it won't log in.
I understand that apps sometimes do not care, right? However, the company won't even answer emails regarding this matter. What's the point of taking our money but not giving the dedicated users an heads up? This is tragic and neglectful of Rabbit Tech.

Frustrated
After years of active use- rabbit tech has seemingly lost my entire wardrobe data with no comms re locating the back up data- which I paid for! The customer service response to multiple emails and prompts is zero. DO NOT BOTHER.
Fix the categories please!!

Love this app but reordering a LookBook Collection changes the order in other LookBook Collections.
Lost all my data
I was suddenly logged out of my account and all my data is gone. I previously paid to have my data backed up, yet none of it is loading back when I attempt to log back into my account. I am missing my entire closet and lookbook, both of which I have accumulated over the course of years. I am hoping there’s a way to restore everything!!!!! Seems like a lot of people are dealing with this

Lost all my data
Terrible app , I paid used it for a year, it’s a lot of work to add items over a year, all the wardrobe items disappeared… there’s no contact to reach to fix this issue , I don’t recommend

REVISED — Tried to log in last night & was able to access my closet. So happy I didn’t have to start from scratch with another app. Thanks for fixing the issue!
Loved this app. Had spent hours over the years organizing my clothing as I lost 7 dress sizes. The app’s framework has reached its End Of Life as of Sept. 30, 2025. Emailed the developer about it but never received an answer.

All My Account’s Data Disappeared
I love this app, but with the most recent update I was signed out and when I signed back in all my accounts data was missing. Where did it go?? I had it backed up to an Apple ID account. My wardrobe entries and outfit collages are gone and I want them recovered! Reached out to support via email but haven’t gotten a response. Please help!

PLEASE FIX CATEGORIES IN COLLAGE
Before the app was disabled for sign in at the end of September this year, everything worked fine. Happy that the sign in is back but now when building a collage & going to filter by categories…none appear! This makes the app almost unusable because the main point is to build outfits & being able to filter by category is a key component of building at outfit.

Paid for Backup - Lost Everything
I’ve been using Smart Closet since 2022 and even paid for the Backup & Sync feature so that my wardrobe data would be safely stored. A few days ago the app randomly signed me out, and when I logged back in, everything was gone. Years of daily tracking, photos, outfits, and data just disappeared.
I paid specifically to avoid this kind of loss, and yet there’s no way to restore or recover my data. The developer hasn’t responded to my support request either.
If you care about your data or your time, I strongly recommend avoiding this app until the developers fix the backup system and take customer support seriously. It’s incredibly disappointing to lose something you paid extra to protect.
