Please add AT&T to app name

Every time I need to use this app, it’s a hassle. I have a cleaned up Home Screen, so I usually have to search little-used apps. However when I search “att” or “AT&T”, nothing comes up. I end up having to google the name of it.

This is not a smart home app, therefore your users do not associate it as such. Please add AT&T to the app icon title.

Austin TX Fiber

I regret moving to ATT fiber. New equipment and it still needs to be restarted all the time. App is terrible - locks up, “sorry could not connect - try again.” Meanwhile, 1 bar on ATT iPhone. Support’s only answer is, “restart your router.”

App hasn’t worked in weeks

I have a new iPhone, fully updated. So that is not the problem. Just got AT&T Internet with the last 2 months so I would be nice to actually be able to use the app.

Install issue

I updated the app as per pop up. Now every time I start the app all I get is the same pop up on the Home Screen. I would appreciate a little advice. Now it wants me to rate it without giving me the rating input box.
