Can’t connect
More than half the time the app doesn’t even allow me to login to connect. And then when it does work, it goes through a long process to login.
The app also doesn’t have a lot of advanced configuration features.
I think the 4.8 star avg review is fake news.

Horrible Experience!
I was on the phone with AT&T trying to setup our new Internet Service and the box would not work. The tech would not work with me. He kept telling me I had to redo the activation steps all over and I lost it. I told him I wanted a packing label to return the Internet modem. He would not! He outright refused. We have 5 mobile phones with this company. Guess who is switching to Verizon?

I have to buy a new phone to use this app
Why on earth did they make this app unusable with old phones?!
Stopped working.
Have older iPhone on iOS 16. App worked fine until I got a pop up telling me to upgrade the app. Clicked and redirected to the App Store and new app requires 17.6 or above.
As I can’t upgrade the hardware right now, I went back to the att app and same pop up telling me to update app was there with no way to dismiss the alert. This totally blocked. from using the app. Most other apps that release updated apps that don’t work on iOS 16 still let the user download and use the latest version that works.
Not everybody upgrades their iPhone every year. Some of us are on a fixed income. Maybe you had AI write and test the new app upgrade process because you obviously didn’t consider the most important thing - your human customers. Upgrades are wonderful but if my phone doesn’t support your new software, please consider keeping the current app available for us to use.

Att if you want customers to use the app please don’t lock out everybody who has an older phone (I still get security upgrades from apple for my iPhone 8 Plus).

Kinda Sucks
This app is not good, especially compared to competition apps like XFinity. Basic functions like schedules and filters are barely there and the app fails to complete a task at least 25% of the time requiring a restart. AT&T I expect you to do much better instead of phoning in this mediocre app.

One of the biggest mistakes I made was leaving gfiber for AT&T. Absolutely horrible IT department. They don’t fix the problem and they hang up and say they got disconnected. I know why it’s cheaper! Bc it’s absolutely trash!!!! They don’t fix any issues at all

Not helpful at all. Doesn’t list device names. Just says all the names a DEFAULT. I pause a device and it unpauses automatically. I block a device and it undoes it by itself. Very inconvenient and hard to manage.
This app is a nightmare
Trying to control your Wi-Fi through this app is a nightmare. It doesn’t load the pages just freezes up and kicks you off the app.
