Only issue I have is how often I have to login. Can you have it store your login or even better set for biometric. I hate remembering so many passwords.

What’s the point of enabling PIN or login with faceID when everytime you open the app it asks you to log in again using your number and password?
Frustrating at times but better than nothing
Having an app that is intended to be easy to use really helps me especially that I am living outside of the country. However, that is not always the case. A lot of instances it is so frustrating to use. It relies heavily on OTP for payments and it is so slow to send those OTPs. I can’t figure out why they can’t make use of face ID to verify the transactions. That is a much safer way anyways since if someone lese is transacting using my phone, the OTP will just be sent to that phone anyways.
Anyways, I really hope this app catches up on techology. It’s a good start.

Payments fail every time.
Misleading billing
When trying to subscribe to a plan, I got an error saying “insufficient credit”. So I topped up 500 PHP to make the purchase. When I went to try subscribing to the plan again, instead of using my credit (which is sufficient for the purchase), its instead charged my credit card, so I ended up paying twice unintentionally!
The most disappointing thing is that support can’t provide a refund. It’s pretty dodgy that they’re not using Apple’s In-App purchases program so you have little protection. Feel completely scammed.
Also - the user experience of this app feels like that of a casino. Obviously trying to make you buy things you don’t want/need.
Very disappointing. Please do better with your billing. If credit exists - use the credit first. This credit expires in a year and should ALWAYS be used first. Don’t mislead / scam people.
