Log in issue is bad been going on for a while
Can’t log in it logs you out as soon as you log in?

Update: my account couldn't be found because after several attempts and emails, it was successfully canceled. The person that helped me was friendly though.
The app is useless. They’d be better off just taking it down altogether. And forget about canceling!! I’ve been trying to cancel this membership for over a month!! $24.95 a month for no results and a half functioning process is WILD!! There’s no way to cancel without calling in so I’m just going to cancel my credit card and get a new card #.

Stay away
They are still charging me after I canceled and received an email from their customer service reps that services were canceled. When I called back they stated they didn’t make the charge. That’s B.S. had to put a stop check on them. Don’t ever use their services. The credit scores are so far off.

Don’t waste your money I had them for over 6 months and my score didn’t move one point, they send the credit bureaus a letter as a third party so I would get responses from the credit bureaus and let SC know. The said don’t worry we will send a response. I can’t believe I paid them for 6 months, don’t fall for it people!!!

SmartCredit changed everything for me. I don’t usually write reviews, but this deserved to be shared.
When I started, my credit score was in the 600s. After just 7 months of following the advice and using the tools inside the app, I broke 700 for the first time in years. That alone would’ve made me happy, but it gets better.
SmartCredit also helped remove my personal information from dozens of websites that were showing where I live or used to live. That was terrifying. I kept thinking, ‘What if someone just shows up at my door?’ Knowing that I have some control over that now has been a huge relief.
I love managing all of my accounts in there too since I have multiple. It makes it easier to see how much money I have and owe.

Do not waste your time in this app, is garbage, what they do is steal your money, I did what the app asked me and my credit remains the same, the app promised me to upload my score to more than 100 points if I pay some credit cards, I did it and my credit did not go up, the app does not meet what promises, 0 stars for this piece of garbage.

The worst experience
I was willing to become a premium member but there were errors to enter the app. I logged in several times, it did not recognize my password, I had to change it as many times as necessary, I even tried to create another account thinking that I had done something wrong and I couldn't do it either... when I was able to enter my data and my card data I got a message that fraud was possible.... How is it possible if I'm putting MY CARD... in the chat I never got help they just repeated that I should enter my data manually (which I did a thousand times) they even told me that my card was prepaid and that could be the error. And that I had to use another card... Hello, it's my only card!!!. Anyway, I felt that they treated me as if I were fraud, as if I wasn't the person I said, I didn't feel that they helped me at all. I don't recommend them, if someone had a better experience congratulations, but looking at the reviews I think this app really doesn't work... They don't even deserve the star I give them

Paying for an app that doesn’t work doesn’t really make sense to me. If this continues I guess I will be moving on to another service. This is sad I have to continue getting to service using web browser. Do better

I was really excited about this app, but lately I've been having trouble logging in. I've tried several times and it still won't let me log in, which is very frustrating after paying so much money monthly for a service that I can't even access. On top of that, I just got an email saying they're going to charge me an annual subscription of over $100... that's crazy!!! I'm canceling this nonsense immediately!!!
