Charged me even after cancellation
They charged me the monthly fee even after I cancelled my service, and when asking for a refund, they hung up on me. I’ve called multiple times and every time they’ve hung up on me

This a grea app with many tools
Smartcredit is one of the best apps that can help you monitor your credit and it has many tools to help you manage and even gives you a guidence to increase your credit score.
Less than adequate
This app is always two months behind in anything it reports. What’s the use of a credit monitoring app that doesn’t monitor.
Log in issue is bad been going on for a while
Can’t log in it logs you out as soon as you log in?

Update: my account couldn't be found because after several attempts and emails, it was successfully canceled. The person that helped me was friendly though.
The app is useless. They’d be better off just taking it down altogether. And forget about canceling!! I’ve been trying to cancel this membership for over a month!! $24.95 a month for no results and a half functioning process is WILD!! There’s no way to cancel without calling in so I’m just going to cancel my credit card and get a new card #.

Stay away
They are still charging me after I canceled and received an email from their customer service reps that services were canceled. When I called back they stated they didn’t make the charge. That’s B.S. had to put a stop check on them. Don’t ever use their services. The credit scores are so far off.

Don’t waste your money I had them for over 6 months and my score didn’t move one point, they send the credit bureaus a letter as a third party so I would get responses from the credit bureaus and let SC know. The said don’t worry we will send a response. I can’t believe I paid them for 6 months, don’t fall for it people!!!

SmartCredit changed everything for me. I don’t usually write reviews, but this deserved to be shared.
When I started, my credit score was in the 600s. After just 7 months of following the advice and using the tools inside the app, I broke 700 for the first time in years. That alone would’ve made me happy, but it gets better.
SmartCredit also helped remove my personal information from dozens of websites that were showing where I live or used to live. That was terrifying. I kept thinking, ‘What if someone just shows up at my door?’ Knowing that I have some control over that now has been a huge relief.
I love managing all of my accounts in there too since I have multiple. It makes it easier to see how much money I have and owe.

Such a waste of money and time
Do not waste your time in this app, is garbage, what they do is steal your money, I did what the app asked me and my credit remains the same, the app promised me to upload my score to more than 100 points if I pay some credit cards, I did it and my credit did not go up, the app does not meet what promises, 0 stars for this piece of garbage.
