Unable to register new mobile phone
My SmartHQ was working fine until I purchased my new mobile phone using the same phone number, when I go to log in it says device not registered and when I log into the portal I’m unable to gain access to my technician information. You can’t call anyone you can only send an email and receive an automated response which does not address my unique issue. This is not good for a service that I’m paying $600 a year for. So I have no choice but to cancel my subscription, and I didn’t receive a confirmation for that. Hopefully this can be resolved so that I can resume using my SmartHQ again. I have renewed confidence once again in GE smart Hq. The problem has been resolved :)

Couldn’t operate without SmartHQ
Had a slight issue with an update, and GE/SmartHQ was on it with the quickness. It helps up look and operate as a professional appliance repair company!

It is impossible to reach the support service. They've been trying to activate my account for a month now. Waste of money ! Do not waste your time and money on this device and this company!

Update. After the recent update it was crashing. Was fixed with most recent update. Thanks
As always updates kill functionality
How it’s possible that after update I can’t use one parts? Only iPad, but I don’t have iPad, why I should to buy iPad to use this app if I was able to use it all the time on my iPhone.
