Basic functionality and it simply doesn’t work
Look, I love smart leads for desktop. They build awesome stuff, so this review is not a reflection on the total company just the iOS app.
90% of the functionality of smart leads is not in the app. Basically it’s just inbox management for lead responses.
Problem is they had one job… if you open an email it doesn’t stay read. Adding outcomes or do not contact etc don’t stick and as soon as you refresh or visit on desktop all the emails are still unread.
What is the point of an on the go app for mobile if it doesn’t even actually work.
I also noticed half the time when replying to an email it doesn’t even send the email. Sometimes it does, but more often than not it doesn’t. Really is a bit of a waste of time sadly.

No notifcations
This app doesnt send notifications when i receive an email responses.
So i end up seeing emails in the inbox late, sometimes several hours late.

Does not work
Does not connect. Leads do not show. App doesn’t seem to be updated.
Not great, but there’s no alternative
I use it because it’s the only way you can see the inbox from your phone (from the browser is impossible). But for some reason this app doesn’t save when you update the lead categories and doesn’t send me notifications when I receive emails (that I’ve got enabled)
Covers the minimum needed functionality
The app is pretty basic, but I prefer that. You won’t be updating campaigns/building new ones from it but you will be able to tag lead responses and handle responses from it.
