Timer or schedule not allowed
This app does not allow you to make a schedule or set up hours to arm or disarm the system.
Can’t stay connected
I can’t get it to stay connected have to turn it off and on to make it work.Then it lose connection again with in the day
Recipes are not functional
Since update, recipes are not useable. They do not show which room or device or time or place in order to select one.
Have to restart every time I try to use it!
Not sure why, but every time it just sits there and spins until I restart the app.

Absolutely by far the worst app out there.. and it’s a security app.
Logins take forever. Buttons tiny for passcode causing touch points to be terrible. Malfunctions when disarming, causing multiple dispatch calls and false alarms.
I could blindfold my grandmother and she could make a better functioning app than this.
Either fix this atrocious hot garbage app or give us back the old outdated app that actually worked, responded, and functioned properly.

Always glitching
I pay for a service that includes use of the app. It’s hopeless. Always glitching or logging me out even though I select “stay signed in” and Face ID log in. Always changing my setting back to default with every update. Over it. Pls fix it.
Agree with all negative comments
If you have not chosen an alarm monitoring service, check first to see who monitors your installed system. Smartlink is not the best app.
It is very frustrating to have an alarm app that simply doesn’t work well. I’ve had it for eight years and for some reason I keep hoping that it will improve. I really like my company that is local, and don’t want to switch to a national company. The issue is they do have to use a larger monitoring company. There’s no more local monitoring which would make it much easier.
The app mostly says No Connection. I have to swipe up to close app and reopen. It will work after that but ridiculous to expect it to not work smoothly. Connection is usually slow, too.

Very poorly written app
Someone needs to look at this crappy app.. every so often it disconnects & can’t connect back.. you have to uninstall & reinstall this app almost on a daily basis.. almost thinking of changing the service coz of how badly this app is coded..
Does not login or takes a very long time
Recently it can take over a minute to log in but now it does not log in at all. Just spins forever.

The app is slow to login. Sometimes you can’t login at all. Very frustrating to use.

It was never a great app. Now it is terrible. The login takes several minutes and the text updates appear hours/days later. It was so much better before

I’ve never had some many problems with an app before the app will work sometimes and most times you have to cut your phone off and back on to arm the system I have called but that doesn’t do any good because the app does the same thing

Extremely slow to load: Now fixed!!!
As of Nov8/23 however, it’s back to normal for app login times. Thank you!! After last update Oct31/23. App takes forever to load after this update, if it loads at all. Password accepted & wheel spins & spins. Not reliable when you’re trying to access your security system. Restarting iPhone doesn’t fix issue. Please address. Thank you.

This alarm system use a App that's absolutely worth less you are constantly disabling and re installing the app because of bugs, the developers should have this problem resolved by now but evidently not since I see how far back the crappie reviews go 😡

Unreliable to work consistently
App does not work consistently. App runs extremely slow after last update. Often, I am not able to open the app services to turn on/off alarm or unlock doors.
App has its issues, especially after an update
After an app update yesterday, I was no longer able to log in to the app. Response is that the username or password are incorrect. I verified my log in credentials, and I still could not access my alarm panel settings from the app. I after a day, it finally let me log in.
Update pushes out, now I have no access to my system
My login stopped working and I can’t get a reset.
