Timer or schedule not allowed
This app does not allow you to make a schedule or set up hours to arm or disarm the system.
Can’t stay connected
I can’t get it to stay connected have to turn it off and on to make it work.Then it lose connection again with in the day
Recipes are not functional
Since update, recipes are not useable. They do not show which room or device or time or place in order to select one.
Have to restart every time I try to use it!
Not sure why, but every time it just sits there and spins until I restart the app.

Absolutely by far the worst app out there.. and it’s a security app.
Logins take forever. Buttons tiny for passcode causing touch points to be terrible. Malfunctions when disarming, causing multiple dispatch calls and false alarms.
I could blindfold my grandmother and she could make a better functioning app than this.
Either fix this atrocious hot garbage app or give us back the old outdated app that actually worked, responded, and functioned properly.
