Developer seems to have lost interest
Very little development since we started using the app 9 years ago, and now it doesn’t even function. I can only imagine the income lost as businesses must find reliable alternatives.
Wont update
It’s horrible. Every time i try to use it it wont work. Why am i paying for something I can’t use. I’m going to look for an alternate app. AND TBH, THIS ISNT JUST SICE THE UPDATE. IT HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR A YEAR!!
Best Waiver App Out There
I’ve used other waiver apps and Smartwaiver is hands down the best! Super simple for our front desk and customers. We collect hundreds of waiver each day and we’ve had zero issues. Highly recommend.
Only allows access to 1 waiver
We have 2 waivers and can’t access both from the kiosk, so unfortunately we had to stop using this app and access our waivers from browser.
App crash
Been using Smart Waiver for years. But the app has suddenly stopped functioning. And when trying to use it, it will crash the entire iPad. Been months of this not working and as of mid July 2022, been months since they’ve updated it. Not sure what is going on at their HQ….. Looking for new waiver software options….

This app is exactly what I was looking for. I signed up for an account and was using the service the same day. Customer service is great! Will recommend to anyone that needs waivers signed.
Update the App
This app does not work with the new iOS. Please fix this issue. We are not able to use this app with our iPads and it slows down the waiver process.
Works very well for our waivers
No issues after setting up our Kiosk. Works well and keeps our digital wavers up to date and organized.
No longer opens
Loved this app until a couple of weeks ago. Idk if it was an update or what, but the kiosk no longer opens on my ipad, making it useless. Sadly, I will be removing this app and finding a new one.

Everything was working fine until the latest update, at this moment we are unable to use it for our business and it has greatly slowed our sign in times for guest as they are now forced to use their phones. We hope this is fixed soon!

Doesn’t work
Totally non-functioning app. Why are we paying for this system? We’re left with no option but to look for other providers that maintain development of their products.
