False ad
Saw a ad that said it had hvac help but I didn’t find it at all. And when I went to the support they didn’t help at all, they just wanted me to pay the subscription even tho I had the free trial. Money grab👎🏻
Charging me but won’t send “Magic Link” to log in
App is a scam. Scam. Scam. I can’t log in to use it. They won’t send me the magic link or reset password email.

Complete Scam
Saw advert on instagram. I recently undertook my marine engine liscence and thought this would be some nice additional learning.
So i paid even though i knew there would probably be some ai elements like the images they showed on ad. I wasn't however expecting it to be fully ai developed.
The learning is useless and its a complete scam. They charged me before i had even downloaded the app. I live in australia and they didn't ever display that payment was in USD (which is almost double in aud). the payment was made and now i cannot stop the subscription. I followed standard procedure for getting payment back on apple apps but the app store displayed that there was no subscription there. but in my bank account it had certainly been charged! now i cannot cancel the subscription and am worried that they will make more charges to my account overnight.
I wish i had bought this app through appstore instead of instagram adds(safari) and i would have seen all these 1 star reviews saying its a scam!
