Unable to make payment

Upon review payment process, it appears it does not redirect to SPay for payment. Instead, payments remain pending and stay locked for certain periods, repeating this cycle continuously. Please resolve this urgently, as unable to purchase seasonal passes online. Purchase at the counter incur an additional charges due to a system issue is inconvenient and places an undue burden on the public. The public should not bear additional costs or risk fines due to system issues.
