Only allowed registration of one car, car plate number format changed by itself, didnt allow other mode of payment, extremely inconvenient and time consuming process while purchasing season parking pass, terrible app

Unable to make payment

Upon review payment process, it appears it does not redirect to SPay for payment. Instead, payments remain pending and stay locked for certain periods, repeating this cycle continuously. Please resolve this urgently, as unable to purchase seasonal passes online. Purchase at the counter incur an additional charges due to a system issue is inconvenient and places an undue burden on the public. The public should not bear additional costs or risk fines due to system issues.

Unstable Apps

The registered car does not appear. Already used the apps since last April, encountered the problem this month. Please fix the apps. Wanted to renew season parking pass also cannot. But later the will be charged if no parking pass. Before launching, did it even pass the UAT? Please FIX THIS MATTER ASAP. TQ

Unstable app

Can’t register vehicles so how do we purchase the season pass? Click half way it automatically return to main page again. Repeat several times and the results still the same.
