Please improve the notification system so users only receive alerts for currencies they’ve actually selected or are interested in. There should also be an easy way to disable unwanted currency notifications.

last time na di ako nakapag send eh ginawan ng operator ng paraan sila na mismo nag remit sa end nila pero ngayon pag tatanongin kung pwede bang sila ulit mag remit di na nag rereply yung operator nakakabastos, dahil urgent nga need mag remit tapos biglang di nag rereply.
Isa pang issue kung ayaw niyo namang payagan mag remit dahil mag issue sa pag update ng information, wag niyo din dapat hayaan ang mga user na mag deposit ng pera sa App niyo, natetenga yung pera eh
Nakakdismaya rami panaman nag propromote sa App nato na sikat na mga vlogger pweee

Thái độ dịch vụ tệ, không có thiện chí hỗ trợ khách hàng
Tôi vẫn đang ở Nhật hợp pháp với thời gian lưu trú 30 ngày để chuẩn bị về nước. Tài khoản ngân hàng Yucho của tôi vẫn hoạt động bình thường và phía ngân hàng vẫn hỗ trợ sử dụng dịch vụ sau khi thẻ gai hết hạn. Thế nhưng SMILES lại từ chối hỗ trợ chuyển tiền mà không đưa ra bất kỳ giải pháp hợp lý nào.
Điều vô lý là ngay cả ngân hàng Nhật còn có cơ chế hỗ trợ khách hàng trong giai đoạn chuyển tiếp, còn SMILES thì chỉ biết từ chối. Khi khách hàng thực sự cần hỗ trợ để chuyển số tiền hợp pháp của mình về Việt Nam, thứ nhận được chỉ là sự cứng nhắc và thái độ thiếu thiện chí.
Một dịch vụ chuyển tiền quốc tế nhưng lại không có phương án xử lý cho những trường hợp thực tế như thế này thì chất lượng dịch vụ ở đâu? Quyền lợi khách hàng ở đâu?
Tôi sẽ tiếp tục chia sẻ trải nghiệm này để mọi người cân nhắc kỹ trước khi sử dụng SMILES. Một công ty chỉ biết quảng cáo nhưng không biết hỗ trợ khách hàng khi phát sinh vấn đề thì không xứng đáng với sự tin tưởng của người dùng.
