My stuff is held hostage by a service I never asked for.
I live in an apartment where I have a mail box and a front door that deliveries will come to. I never used this app before or any of their locations. I have the misfortune of having one of their facilities at my apartment complex. I ordered an item and when it got past the expected delivery date I messaged the shop asking about my order. They sent me confirmation photos that it was delivered and I had to wait for those to figure out that my package was in a lock box. I never received an email or notification and this is for a service I never use. So now my package is held hostage in a dam box I have no access to. If you are a smart person you would probably think download the dam app and get your package and move on. Yes you are correct. I downloaded an app I never heard of got a QR code to scan for nothing to happen. It does not open there is no feed back the scanner just beeps and thats it. So Im in a Situation where its a dam guessing game where my package is and if it ever arrived at all just for it to be in a locked box with an app that does not work from a service I never asked for. Who gave y'all the right to with hold essentially my property? I never agreed to your services before you took hold of what I paid for. No one picked up the phone when I called, I sent an email and now my only other peaceful option is writing a review to any one and everyone that your service sucks and you steal peoples things.

I have lots of problems with my app I have to keep redownloading it. Every time I open it have to put my phone number in the get a code and then it works.
Constant disconnects
I have to login to it again every day to check for packages and support is non-existent.

this app stops working after roughly two days
i’ve used this app for my university housing mail room and it has not works since i downloaded it four weeks ago. it worked for about two uses and i have not been able to use it since then.

This all barely works and I have to keep resetting it every week or month
It’s not that useful
It just sometimes tells me I have a package and I have to uninstall and reinstall for it work again
Never works
Every time I receive a package from this app, I have to unlink it re-link it reset my email and then I will get notification that I got one package until the next time I get one where I have to do it all over again I’ve contacted the company several times they told me this won’t happen again and yet it’s still continues to each and every single time so if I don’t get the email notification, then I don’t know or not

Periodically, the app just stops working and will not open the box where my package has been placed. That’s kind of a big deal. No one knows how to solve it. They’re mystified. Utterly. Completely.
Super simple
I get a lot of packages. The app lets me open the locker(s) without digging up the email or text with the pickup or QR code. No messing with the console tablet. As soon as I'm in the room I can open the door from the app. Also shows a history of my usage.

Doesn’t consistently work
When it works it’s great however more often than not it doesn’t work when trying to collect my packages and I just have to enter the pick up code manually

Can’t open up poker been down for days and my stuff in there can’t get out until fixed
