Bad business practice
It was good but they decided to go from $25 to $75 with no warning and I was not grandfathered in. This is bad business practice. So I’m leaving
WAY better with the upgrade!
It was tough selecting the contact that you searched for before but the most recent upgrade made everything perfect! I love that I can create a template to send our info sheet to my applicants for quick delivery & attach a photo. Thank you for making my work easier!!
Extremely unreliable
I wanted to love this app, but the calls quite literally don’t even connect 50% of the time maybe more. It’s easy and user friendly but my experience has been extremely poor and it’s costing me money and business. Could be great once it gets sorted out, but I’d find another service as of now.

Doesn’t save drafts, doesn’t allow image pasting, doesn’t have good visibility if typing a longer message. Does not take you to a chat when selecting a name.
This app is 1/100th of other messaging apps. I’ve openly advocated for us to stop using this company wide.

Laggy and full of errors
Native IOS and Android messaging software is light years ahead. Messenger, WhatsApp, and other apps blow this out of the water.
Copy and paste doesn’t function, error codes when saving names to contact, sending messages. The app does not allow you to save a draft or view message history when typing a new message.
0/10. The only reason I use this app is because it is company provided.

Loading issues
Everytime to i login it will freeze and send me to my home screen, terrible!
About 10 years behind the leaders. No group texting?
We use OpenPhone and RingCentral with our businesses, and these guys are about 5-10 years behind on everything. The mobile app is like a 2002 Corolla with a stick shift. Bland and basic with almost no features.
No group texting? What a joke. EVERYONE provides that but SmrtPhone. No contacts section? Cmon guys. Get it together. What kind of programmers did you guys find?
We tried it because of the Podio integration, but that’s not enough to drive this old dusty used 2002 Corolla off the used car lot. We’ll be looking at other solutions.

Freezes
It constantly freezes have to open and close multiple times to get it to work
Everything with the app is good
But for something’s sake allow me to send pictures through the website…. I feel like I’m in 1999 when I’m trying to send a picture from there

App screen went all black and is not working and now I can’t reinstall
Super buggy
Constantly logs me out of my account, drops every incoming call after 3 minutes of talk time, very slow when loading messages.
Use the system with Podio for three years
I’ve used this system for 3+ years. I enjoy using multiple phone numbers if I need them and I can send a follow-up text message with the click of a button.
Clunky
You can dial and text out great, but incoming calls, texts, and voicemails only sometimes work. If you have multiple team members only some will get the messages. So then you’re having to communicate to one another to see if they got their message. Defeats the purpose of using this platform for a business. If this wasn’t rolled into our company’s CRM, I’d just use my personal number.

Cust Service a joke.
When they finally respond to you - Chat being the only option - they say all the typical nice generic phrases, but they are not capable of any resolutions. You will lose days and days with systems not working properly with either denial of the issue or the promise that they will have their “developers” look into it. And their Dialer is even worse.

They value profit over customer service
One of those companies that get your free trial started, don't tell you before you get charged and when it ends. Then when you try to cancel it's really difficult to do so, and they won't refund your money even if you cancel that same day. Terrible.
I never get a ring tone. Just messages. And they are usually delayed.
I just don’t care for this app. It’s annoying you can barely understand people on it. When you do call him back it doesn’t give them the service call never gives you the personal number so now I have them call me personally, which is annoying. It’s a whole purpose of having this on call session emergency calls, and I don’t even get notifications for 1015 minutes after they call.
