Comparing this to GoPuff, if you’re anywhere near campus Snag is a lot faster, literally got my order in 4 minutes lol. Easyon the eyes. Cheap delivery fee and cheap tip. Got my drinks cold and my snacks were super tasty 👍

Terrible app with NO help service.
In case someone forgets part of your order, prepare to get no refund and pretty much waste your money. The first time I used this app I ordered two energy drinks and a snack, very simple request. As is the case with pretty much any delivery service, it was pretty expensive for what I was actually getting, which is why I was disappointed that they had only given me one drink yet kept the delivery fee as it was. No biggie, things happen, I figured that I could just get a refund and that would be that. Well, no. I tried emailing about this twice, however it wouldn’t go through because the customer support email address that is listed on the app “does not exist” and would not be sent. I then tried a separate email listed on their website and, while it went though that time, I still have not received any response. It’s kind of sketchy in all honesty, a month or two has passed since this and I’m fine with it but I will never use this app again and wanted to warn others of my experience.
