Great concept, a lot of improvement required
I’ve been using this app for a few years.
The concept is great but a number of improvements are required:
1. The app has not been updated since 2017.
2. The app is extremely slow and often, after submitting till slips correctly, there are errors with those submissions.
3. You don’t receive notifications when snapped slips have been approved/rejected.
4. The processing times for snapping till slips could be faster.
5. I’ve read a number of reviews of people complaining that after trying to receive their funds, they either haven’t received it or it’s taken months. Due to this, I have, to date, not cashed in my funds. One of the biggest concerns as well, is possible breach of security once I’ve given my account number, because of the lacks of updates and fixing issues that have continued for years. This is definitely something that requires urgent attention and improvements.

Best App in South Africa
I got introduced to this App by a friend and I never felt in love with an app like this. I got my whole family around it. Not only is it immaculate but very helpful in saving. I have saved R700+ in cash back so far and going for more. Don’t ever close this app, very helpful.
Amazing concept and app, with a couple of tweaks required
This is a fantastic concept and overall a very useful app for saving money on everyday purchases. The user experience is generally smooth, and the idea behind rewarding users for their shopping is great. However, there are a few areas that could be improved to make the app even better:
The coupons are sometimes too brand-specific. While there are occasional generic offers (e.g. any potatoes, beef, chicken, or dog food), most coupons are limited to specific brands and quantities. It would be more practical to include broader, product-based coupons that reflect common household staples.
The processing time for snapped slips could be faster. Waiting longer periods reduces the instant gratification and convenience of the app.
There are occasional issues where snapped slips go missing or the app glitches, which can be frustrating and reduces trust in the system.
EFT withdrawal processing times could also be improved to allow quicker access to earned funds.
The snapper ranking system does not seem to update correctly. Despite submitting multiple slips, progress remains unchanged, which suggests a possible bug or tracking issue.
Overall, the app has great potential and delivers real value, but refining these areas would significantly improve the user experience.

Love the concept, but app needs improvement
I’ve been using this app for quite a long time and have earned a fair amount of cash back in that time. The concept is simple and works well enough. Improvements are definitely needed for being able to load photos from photo library or pdfs for A4 invoices, I’ve had many rejected offer redemptions because of “unreadable slips”, finding that it can sometimes take three or more attempts at upload to get an acceptable slip to successful upload.

I have been using the App for a long while and have made a number of withdrawals. My experience with the App has been great. Whenever I experience a problem and log a query, I receive a response within two days with assistance on how to go ahead. Great App. I enjoy the Cash back.
