Can’t get it to open

I can’t get this app to open. I wanted to set up an account on my Social Security benefits. I’ve tried several several times they say they sent email and that email I haven’t shown up yet. It’s been an hour plus

I can’t even create an account!!

I need to sign on to this app because I need to find out what’s going on for this new tax year. However, I can’t seem to find a button or a place to click so I can start an account. No wonder the app only has a 2.4 rating, it’s extremely hard to make it work for you and navigate!

Can’t get into app

Have tried over 5 times to get into account. This app is not letting me. Tired of trying for something that could be important.

Obsolete

This app does not work. I’ve tried creating an account, but it won’t let me log in. I tried to reset the password, but I’m not getting the emails to reset the password, did it 3x still no emails. This app is complete trash.
