Waste of time
The app is always crashing when creating tickets and even sometimes when trying to sign in. The call center says to use the app but it never works. They need to get someone to fix this asap

Cant even log in becausebit doesnt load. It cant be my wifi if i have cellur data and a wifi box. horrible glitchy app always on a loading screen you have to delete and downloaded every five seconds. I see other reviews saying that the app is broken. I’m really confused on who’s behind the app and can’t do the job. I’m confused on why the app is still broken. Who’s not doing their job right now like like what’s difficult about fixing the app is 2025 and I can fix the app and then for some reason the app is still broken like I’m a really need you to use your heads.

Slow and freezes
App is lately freezing up and working extremely slow. When it was working fine. It was an easy way to get the work orders in to the maintenance department without being in the phone for a long time but lately a little more than a week the app is not working correctly
