Waste of time
The app is always crashing when creating tickets and even sometimes when trying to sign in. The call center says to use the app but it never works. They need to get someone to fix this asap

Cant even log in becausebit doesnt load. It cant be my wifi if i have cellur data and a wifi box. horrible glitchy app always on a loading screen you have to delete and downloaded every five seconds. I see other reviews saying that the app is broken. I’m really confused on who’s behind the app and can’t do the job. I’m confused on why the app is still broken. Who’s not doing their job right now like like what’s difficult about fixing the app is 2025 and I can fix the app and then for some reason the app is still broken like I’m a really need you to use your heads.

Slow and freezes
App is lately freezing up and working extremely slow. When it was working fine. It was an easy way to get the work orders in to the maintenance department without being in the phone for a long time but lately a little more than a week the app is not working correctly

Video and Main Page
Video should be included because some repairs taking photo would not emphasise certain problems that needs repairs. Also tenants should be able to rate the repairs being done like they did way back in 2002, when it was paper repair tickets. Yesterday I added this app and signed out. Today I opened app and the main screen didn’t display THE STEPS FOR SIGNING IN it displayed like a WALLPAPER OF A BUILDINGS AND THERE IS NO SUPPORT TO REPORT THIS ON THE APP LIKE BEFORE BILLION👎WORST APP FUNCTIONS FROM DEVELOPERS😡

The app never works! Every time I try to use it the screen freezes

Please fixed this issue it’s craziness how this NYCHA app is working.. It’s asking for payment to download the app and which never use to do before.. It’s like every time the app crashes & u can’t login. You try uploading the app all over & it just gets worse…. I just hope whoever developed this app seriously understands that this needs immediate attention…!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This app is pure garbage and a total embarrassment. Whoever developed it clearly has no idea what they’re doing. It’s unreliable, broken, and completely incompetent. It constantly freezes, crashes, and loses my work orders. Sometimes it won’t even let me submit a ticket, and when it does, the ticket disappears. I end up having to call anyway, which makes this app completely useless. It’s unacceptable that something this poorly made is the “official” tool for residents. Save yourself the frustration—do not download this app.

The app works like the employee’s, barely!
The login screen doesn’t pop up when I open the app multiple times closing and reopening and maybe it will or I have to delete and redownload the app smh do better much better

App not as bad as Service
Occasionally I have to uninstall and reinstall to get the app to work or to be able to log in. Tickets are submitted with a date and time but nobody ever shows up so I’m curious if this is the app or whomever is managing the maintenance repair schedule in person.
Doesn’t function
Can’t log in or a blank screen, doesn’t matter where I log in to doesn’t work properly. Had issues with using it as well when logged in if I got lucky.
