Basic Functionality, needs text size increase
I think this Mac OSX app is decent, but can’t seem to increase the size of text, and would like to be able to see a new follower on IG so I can message them first. Not just only see those with active message threads.

App is broken, it cannot connect to instagram app. Contacted support and their response is to uninstall and install. Broken app and low quality service, not worth it.

It’s a glitchy app, constantly not posting auto-comments, you can’t preview videos before upload due to their website, many videos do not schedule due to errors, it’s been a big hassle and we’re going to shift to another app.
Can we please have a mobile calendar view?
I’d really like to see a mobile calendar view in the app. I don’t feel like it should be too difficult, and at $50 a month, I would like to have all of the amenities of the desktop site.

It says to enter the verification code from the authentication app, but there is no field to enter the code.

Impossible to log in if using 2FA, asks for code with nowhere to input!
Is it free?
Downloaded this knowing I’d need an account to use it but it’s not free. Kind of feels like a scam, not charging through the App Store and charging on your website is still charging.
Doesn’t work well on my iPhone.
The concept is great. I was so hoping this could be an answer to my prayers but in all honesty it has created more work for me. I do do much of my work from my phone that, I can’t use an app that isn’t iPhone friendly. Sorry.

This is not a review. I just don’t know where else to give feedback. You need to save our hashtags and have them appear automatically when beginning to type them so they can auto populate for us to select instead of having to type them out for every… single… post… every… single… time…
They completely changed the app and not it’s useless
Nothing in the app works as it should. Literally i can’t use it. And they told me to use the web version on my phone which crashes often. Now I have to find a new app for my clients.

This update is ridiculously flawed
“Updating” the app and taking away the ability to copy pre-saved text to the clipboard, and reminders for pre-scheduled content not showing up anymore on the homescreen - two key features that made the app useful to begin with - is just ridiculous. This needs to be re-adjusted asap, or I will cancel my membership.

Great App with easy features.
A few days into my free trial and I’m already convinced I’ll be using this application for years.
New update took ability to post away
Not sure who the genius was who thought taking away the core feature of making posts with a promise it'll come back in the future a good idea but this is going to lead to an unsubscribe really fast at this point. What's the point of this app right now? Did I want to shop for a new social media posting/management tool today? No. Am I? Yes.

New update is awful
At the time of writing the new update has removed the ability to create posts. Thats the apps one job, why on earth would you release a new version of the app without that function? 1 star because of the absolute ineptitude of whoever made the decision to launch an update that takes away the most important part of the app.
