Interface is nice, customer service isn’t
Their cancellation policy is terrible. And they never even inquire about why you want to cancel, just say you can’t.

I have given this app and the web version so many chances and it just won’t let me schedule or send out a single post. I keep getting error messages.
Great App, Very Helpful
Sprout has been great for me and my team. It’s allowed us to manage multiple social profiles all at once across both the web and mobile apps.
Hootsuite is better
I have a very long list of the things that I dislike about sprout, but unfortunately, due to their shady and unethical customer service, they have us locked into ANOTHER year with them. Their subscription process is scammy and the lack of capabilities force me to have to post organically half the time anyway.
