Bare bones tool
While they shove unhelpful AI down your throat, the modules practically stay the same. The updates are meaningless. Simply things like seeing a correct preview of your post, or having the ability to use emojis in Advocacy are apparently too complicated to add. This is a corp that doesn’t care lol
Interface is nice, customer service isn’t
Their cancellation policy is terrible. And they never even inquire about why you want to cancel, just say you can’t.

I have given this app and the web version so many chances and it just won’t let me schedule or send out a single post. I keep getting error messages.
