Version 1.1.3 resolves two features that were not functioning correctly in the previous release. Recipe Generation: Tapping "View Recipe" on a meal plan item was failing and displaying a placeholder error message. The feature was not reaching the AI service. This has been fixed — recipes are now generated correctly with full ingredients, instructions, prep time, and personalised guidance from Tala. Log It All At Once: Submitting a natural language description in the "Log It All At Once" feature was failing and returning an error message. The text was not being sent for parsing. This has been fixed — the feature now correctly extracts meals and symptoms from free-text input. No changes to subscription logic, onboarding, permissions, or any other features. No new permissions requested.

I didn’t realise how many patterns I was missing until using this. Easy to use, well designed and genuinely helpful. It’s made tracking symptoms feel less stressful and has helped me notice patterns I wouldn’t have picked up on otherwise.

Love this app

It has some unique features and has helped me identify patterns of food intolerances. I love the feature where I can just journal my whole day of food intake in one go and the app analyses the pattern for me based on what I ate and how I feel. Plus it provides a weekly meal plan which is a game-changer. Overall this app has a a calming effect which I really enjoy the most.

Solace is really easy to use ☺️ The food ID is quick and accurate. Most importantly it’s helped me find patterns - which foods are triggering, and how other factors like stress/my cycle affect me. Highly recommended!
