Baik android maupun ios app nya sama busuknya. Upload foto bukti dokumen unt reimburse kualitasnya busuk sampe ga kebaca. Diulang berpuluh kali hasil gambarnya ga ada yg bagus

Asuransi ga jelas

Waktu kerja ditelfon ditawarin sampe berkali2 spam telfon. Pas diiyain tiap bulan didebit dan belum pernah dipake udh lumayan banget setahun didebit dapat uang cuma-cuma nih asuransi. Giliran keluar anggota katanya balik 15% tp sampe berbulan2 ngga ada balik2. Bukan masalah nominalnya tp nih asuransi udh dapet duit tanpa sianggota claim.

Baru daftar, gagal daftar. Daftar ulang, dibilang ID udah terdaftar. Mau login, akun blm diaktivasi. Mau masukin kode aktivasi, harus login. Mau login, akun blm diaktivasi. Begitu aja terus sampe ganti asuransi. Tolol.
