Extraordinarily buggy
This app is awful. I find the service otherwise fine when you’re using their VOIP hardwired units. But the app is so unreliable. It rarely catches phone calls. I am lucky if I get a missed call notification
Less than Useless
Installed as part of our net2phone system at work. Sonar only rings occasionally and when you happen to catch a call it drops call. When I answer a call on my desk set Sonar app will keep ringing indefinitely. Had to remove from my smartphone and forward my calls direct to cellular. Sonar is slightly less useful than 2 soup cans connected by a string.

Missing calls all the time
This app is so bad... I get so many missed calls and sometimes I can't even answer a call when it rings. Terrible overall
Works all the time
Use this all the time in the office. Works great on our wifi and love the fact you can switch from desk phone to the app seamlessly without the person on the line knowing.
