Extraordinarily buggy
This app is awful. I find the service otherwise fine when you’re using their VOIP hardwired units. But the app is so unreliable. It rarely catches phone calls. I am lucky if I get a missed call notification
Less than Useless
Installed as part of our net2phone system at work. Sonar only rings occasionally and when you happen to catch a call it drops call. When I answer a call on my desk set Sonar app will keep ringing indefinitely. Had to remove from my smartphone and forward my calls direct to cellular. Sonar is slightly less useful than 2 soup cans connected by a string.

This app is so bad... I get so many missed calls and sometimes I can't even answer a call when it rings. Terrible overall
Works all the time
Use this all the time in the office. Works great on our wifi and love the fact you can switch from desk phone to the app seamlessly without the person on the line knowing.

Glitches so often. Supports only advice is “delete the app and re-download.”
This app sucks.
I have never had such a bad experience with an app before. Not only do phone calls randomly drop, but they don’t even connect! When reaching out to the rep about this they mentioned they have no future plans to make the app better. Worse change over EVER!

Calls drop and always have static. There’s a reason this app only has two stars..
The app doesn’t work
Most of the time the app doesn’t work and Net2Phone support has any clue how to fix the issues. I can see the call but I can’t answer it or if I somehow can answer, then I can’t transfer the call. Horrible quality app.

It's confusing having an app called SONAR for a provider called net2phone, but I understand that you're trying to keep it separate from your US counterpart. Hopefully you can streamline with just one app eventually.
The negative reviews are a bit worrisome, but it looks like you are working hard to resolve technical issues. I just switched from another provider to net2phone, and my monthly cost has doubled, so don't disappoint me with this app. My business relies on it

Keeps ringing despite picking up/hanging up
I have two phones set up to receive calls. If one picks up, the other still keeps ringing. Also keeps ringing if the one the picked up hangs up. Very frustrating to deal with
Disappointed
Since the new iPhone update, app doesn’t load up at all. You can only get to the login screen. Very disappointed as there is no communication via this platform with all the other extensions on our corporate system, especially when travelling for business.
Awful
Call quality is horrendous, if it even works. Now the app doesn’t work at all with the new IOS update.
Awful App and Service
Terrible App. Keeps crashing and when it did work the calls had terrible delay and quality. Not worth the headache.
Crashing on new iPhone
I got th new iPhone 14 pro and after (latest IOS) after download back Sonar for versature phone system. When I open sonar app. It crashes. Delete and download it again and enter the login and password and it crashes again. When ever I open it will crash. No happy. How can I receive phone call?
Doesn’t work on IOS 16.1!
Immediately crashes on iOS 16.1.
Drops inbound calls
We’ve used this app for a few months now. when we receive calls we can chat with a customer for 10-15 seconds, then they cannot hear us.
Great app for on the go needs!
App works great when connected to a reliable internet connection. A great tool for when you’re out of the office!
