Absolute trash
Horrible customer service, horrible app, absolutely atrocious website. these people are a hoax. Sonder mind is just here to steal your money. They don’t tell you if you are in their health net work. You go to some appointments and you drop out a net work randomly and they charge you hundreds of dollars that you agree to pay if they wish to do this. Do not use this awful website, app or service. It’s a scam

glitchy and ineffective
lots of wasted time trying to get around glitches
Not very user friendly.
Simply does not make my job any easier. Does not allow Face ID to open. Difficult to navigate.
Does not work
Buggy, cannot file claims or set appointments well. Needed this to work tonight and it will not. Fix this app or lose therapists and clients.
