The below referred issue fixed now by complaint team remotely thank you. "The online banking impossible with this bank from abroad.
After hand biometrics the apps displays unable to process Transaction – Unknown Response Code Received: 185"

Poor transaction service on App

Extremely disappointed with this App. It won’t work for transactions when you need it. Registered complaints to Soneri Helpline but no permanent solution has been made. Such a poor service!
