Worst bank app i ever tried
Connection Error
Pathetic app. It won’t even launch and keeps showing “Unstable Internet Connection” even though my internet is working perfectly. I have one of the fastest internet connections, tested on multiple Wi-Fi networks and 5G, and every other app works without any issues.
I’m using an iPhone and have tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps, including reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, resetting network settings, and switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data. Nothing has fixed the problem.
This is clearly an issue with the app, not my internet connection. Very disappointing experience. Please fix this bug as soon as possible.

Outdated App
Their app is outdated and glitches a lot. It shows internet connection is unstable as you open the app although I’ve high speed internet installed and all other apps are working fine.
Fixed Now online banking from abroad
The below referred issue fixed now by complaint team remotely thank you. "The online banking impossible with this bank from abroad.

Poor transaction service on App
Extremely disappointed with this App. It won’t work for transactions when you need it. Registered complaints to Soneri Helpline but no permanent solution has been made. Such a poor service!

It's been a month now and I've been complaining regularly and my money is being wasted from outside the country, but they're not solving this issue very tired and slow service, their complaint is accepted but while resolving the complaint they need more than a month time and their OTP is always received after five to 10 minutes and please I will never ever recommend this bank.

Add benificiary is automatic
Impressed by the app, you can activate card, add beneficiary just clicking the save button.
Never save beneficiary detail
I have saved beneficiary detail multiple times during transaction. When i ever i wanted to make repeat transaction it was never saved.
