get boses instead
i hate my sonys they take forever to pair and the app never keeps my settings. i’ve turned off speak to chat so many times and it keeps turning off my music with noise and i have to keep going back to the app to reset it. it’s so annoying. my boses were way better with noise cancellation, comfort, pairing, and settings

Cannot recommend. The app is terrible. It's awful voice feature cannot be turned off. Useless. Buy Bose instead
These headphones do not work
Whenever I take walk in the park, these headphones constantly trip out. I’ve tried everything to get them to work. They are the worst. Very dissatisfied

I don’t understand how headphones can hive so many useless conflicting settings. I’ve used this app with my headphones for 5y. It’s the worst part about the headphones.

since there is no way to turn off noise cancelling without opening an app for some annoying reason, you will be forced to open the slowest app known to man and sit there for a good few minutes while the app tries to figure out if your headphones are connected or not (they are), just to do something your headphones should already be able to do without opening truly stupid and useless app

Terrible app that does not save settings
Sonys speak to chat feature is very frustrating when it is turned off and it decided to randomly re activate once a week. Absolutely ridiculous.
Oh and good luck changing the device your headphones are connected to now! Only reason there are better than the Bose. Claude code could fix this in like 10 minutes

Connecting pains
Never in my life have I ever had so much trouble trying to connect a device to an app that was already connected to my phone. Great headphone god awful app.
Terrible app that I shouldn’t need
All I want is to turn off the media control touch controls that DON’T WORK. I should not need a dedicated app to do that and the app should be available on my computer if I do. But no, I have to download an app on my phone to get my headset to stop pausing and skipping media on my computer and then this useless app won’t even detect my headphones.

Can't customize controls, two device mode is terrible
You can't really customize the controls of these headphones. You can only choose between some presets. But these buttons are way too easy to press accidentally so I don't want any control for one press. But you can't customize it like that. So I just had to turn everything off. Get something else.

Would give zero if i could
While i really like the headphones themselves, the software is absolute garbage. I constantly have to re toggle settings, such as turning speak to control off, every time I breathe my audio stops. Then I open the app to discover that the settings have restored to default. Additionally, the power off when removed setting has not worked once, which results in me having to recharge my headphones daily. Super disappointing considering the quality of the headphones and the capabilities of software for for far less

Don’t use this app if you like your headphones
Automatically updated the software on my headphones and now the noise cancelling is bad. It works fine on airplanes but for everywhere else the noise cancelling is not existent. Wish I never got the app, it ruined my headphones with no way to go back to the old software that actually worked
