Can’t even sign up for an account!
Terrible app, can’t even create an account! Tried to verify phone number and got the code 5 hours later and still incorrect! Tried multiple times and even when I verified the phone number and hit submit, kept saying something went wrong! Don’t waste your time getting the app.

Easy to use, will not retain CC info
It’s awesome for ordering ahead, easy to add and remove ingredients from my order. Easy to manage ordering a meal. Only issue is that no matter how many times I save my cc info, it either doesn’t retain it or says that it’s past the expiration date. Fix this issue, and it’s 5 stars.
Don’t bother
Stop clearing my credit card info when entering my order. Its a freaking sandwich order not a mortgage transaction!

Corrupt App
Second time trying to use the app in a 2 week period. Both times I get all the way to the purchase page and after entering credit card information it will not allow me to save my credit card information and place order button is greyed out. Both times I tried numerous attempts to troubleshoot but no obvious issues. Both times now I’ve given up and decided to order food elsewhere. You’re losing revenue with such a poor app. Please fix.

Nice idea
Unfortunately the app doesn’t work, while it keeps track of points doesn’t allow user option to use them. Usually I try app and when it fails to finalize order with my payment information, and I’ve spent 10 minutes trying to get app to work, I either log into my computer if at home, stop by store in person , or go to a different place like Subway that has a working app

Can’t check out
Tried to use the app. Filled out all the required fields bit the place order button was greyed out and I could place the order. Tried three times then gave up. Here in the App Store, if you try to give the app feedback or get support, it just takes you to their website. So I ordered online from my computer web browser no problem. Then I deleted the app.

Can’t Go Beyond Click Pickup Page - Forever Loading
Please fix your app. Why can’t it find the nearest location? Why does it get stuck on the loading screen? For now, there is absolutely no benefit to using the app version.

Way better than the old app
The new app is way easier to use and the new loyalty program is a really great add. Super easy to order ahead and get points.
APP NOT WORKING
THIS APP will not open. I tried restarting it multiple times. I tried turning on/off my phone multiple times. It’s not working on my phone nor my wife’s phone.
And considering HOW BAD the previous Sourdough Co App was (quite possibly the worst app ever made), I’m going to continue ordering sandwiches from either Max‘s, Mr. pickles, Raleys, Safeway, or The Shop because it’s easier to drive the extra distance than trying to order from this company.
Dear Sourdough Co., please fire whoever it is that is sleeping with the owner and hire a professional who will make a quality and efficient app, and one that works! We buy a lot of sandwiches on a monthly basis but none of them are from the Sourdough Company. Prost!

I’d like to use this new app but my store near me is not listed. Not sure why it’s not a complete list of options
Better but not great
The old Sourdough & Co. app was truly painful to use. The new version is far superior… but the store in my town isn’t listed so I can’t use the app. I hope they fix that soon.
