Not a fan
The app interface looks fine, but everything else is pretty bad. It’s a nightmare scanning scratch tickets in the app, where the QR reader never seems to work. It’s a pain to enter a second chance with a QR reader. It’s also 2026, and we can’t buy Powerball, Lucky for Life, or Dakota Cash tickets through the app. Many improvements could be made not only to increase user engagement but also to refine the buying experience.

Sucky app
You would think with such poor reviews the developer would improve the app. Works slow when it does. Must be a 10 year old learning to write program!!!!

App sucks, can’t scan 90% of tickets, the odds suck. Drive to another state and save yourself money.
All Tickets Are Invalid?
Every ticket I scan is considered invalid, makes zero sense. Can’t enter losing tickets for a second chance because of this
Doesn’t work
After the last update the scanner no longer works. I have deleted, and reinstalled. It’s just garbage
Update: new iphone17, the scanner works on 10% of the tickets. Do you not check your app to make sure it works? I have a stack of scratchies from Christmas gifts…and only one worked with the scanner. I deleted/reinstalled the app, and it still is junk

Doesn’t always work
The scanner is really picky and every time I try to do the second chance drawing I get a server error message and there’s nowhere to report issues.
2nd chance
When I scanned a specific Fab 4 on different days to see if app was glitching? I received same pop up

Which makes me think the app isn't working and if other tickets I've scanned logged in?

Cannot scan tickets still. Quit working a very long time ago, figured it would be fixed by now, but no…

Constantly crashes or doesn’t even open. In the past, it sometimes gave incorrect info. Now it just doesn’t work at all.

It has been over a month and still they haven’t fixed the second chance drawing. It comes up with an external error.

Getting Better and Better
Love the new feature that shows how many times I have entered the 2nd chance drawings!! Initially this app was difficult but it has gotten so much better with time. I actually enjoy using it, scanning tickets, etc. It is working great and it is easy to use!!
Fair
It’s great when it works. Typically you can’t scan tickets to see if they are winners once the evening drawing has happened. It doesn’t allow you to check the winners until winners following day.
Looks like an update just happened but now it gives an error message when you submit for the second chance drawings. The camera is working and it scans the ticket and then says “sorry - exception: internal server error” it’s disappointing since that’s the only way to enter.

Absolute garbage! Fix it or ditch it!
Scanner doesn’t work
Any phone with the 3 cameras doesn’t work to scan lotto tickets. Really wish I could check tickets on my phone again!!
Doesn’t work
I’ve tried over a hundred times to scan my scratch tickets, just absolutely nothing happens, the scanner closes and leaves me back on the start screen confused and with no scans completed
