Face ID Doesn’t Work
The Face ID feature does not work. Every time I log in, it tries to use it and then says “You have entered an invalid user id”. The “Save User ID” feature also does not work which I think is what is causing the issue.

New App is Terrible
Ever since they switched from the old APCo app to SECU App, it’s been terrible. The facial recognition constantly stops working. Signing in then asks for verification every time - even if I’m using it in the exact same location/wifi. It’s really annoying and inconvenient and needs to be fixed long term. Moving Transfers to the menu was not great. Give us the old app back!

User access
Please update the app so that it is actually reliable. Being able to get on a banking app occasionally is not acceptable.
Login Issues
App rarely logs in. Just spins then times out. Very frustrating!
Majority of the time the app is down and will not let you login . Needs more features
Seems like every time when you need it, the app is down. We’re not allow you to login. Would like to see Pending Transactions in the app like other credit unions.
Can’t Log In
Been using facial recognition but now it scans face and just sits there. It’s been days now and still can’t log in.

The app will not save login name when selected to do so. Old app worked great.

This app is not as good as the Apco app was! My user name won’t stay up on iPad and my iPhone at the same time. Just the 1st complaint!
It’s okay
Exceptionally mediocre in every respect. Zelle is notoriously terrible, but widely available, embarrassingly low APR, especially for a credit union.
New App is the worst
New app redesign is awful. Layouts are not intuitive and app constantly crashes or simply will not load. I do not like not being able to view checking transactions taking place with my money due to this terrible app.

The app does not work well on iPad it starts but gets stuck and will not open to the accounts. Somebody fix this mess!!!

This new app is horrible.

I agree that the new layout is significantly more jumbled than the last. The APCOCU layout was great and I was able to handle my business swiftly and then move on. Now I have to squint and search for what I need to do. Also, I’m less than impressed that the new app/website doesn’t have access to UChoose rewards for the credit card anymore. My suggestion, there needs to be another push with some better updates. Love the company, simply don’t love the new app/website.

New layout
The new account layout is hideous and less intuitive than the old layout. Too much jumbley information on the account summary screen. Why did it go from a slick concise summary of all my accounts to a more stale yet more overloaded screen of information. The font and layout is not good.
