I sure wish when You pay a bill it was instant like other banks.
Excellent Customer Service
My personal banker is always there to help, all it takes is two rings and she’s there! No pressing 1 for this or 2 for that! A real person answers and is able to help with any of my banking needs! Love it!
App needs work.
App is slow, needs to be more user friendly. Compared to the major banks apps anyway.
