Difficult to use
I bought a package (2 60mins for the price of £90) and when I tried to book it the apps or the website won't let me.
The slowest app even seen
This is the slowest application I have ever seen.
It’s extremely slow working and many times is not even working. They need to remove it or fix it properly. It’s a big headache to just book a session and it takes ages then you decide to forget to book and leave the app as it’s not working smoothly.
