Would be great if it worked for my Yukon Tub
I have a brand new iPhone 14pro. I bought a Yukon 2 person tub and it's constantly telling me my ph and chlorine and alkalinity are too low. I can put the heights bales in and it still tells me it's too low. Messed up my hot tube chemical set up using this app. I lept adding alkalinity booster as that's what it told me to do. And now I'm going to have to call the company anytime I need to know what to add to my tub and the measurements.
I've tried selecting different countries and different hot tub models and it's the same issue. Funny I call the company and their apps work great on those iPhones ?! So odd

Doesn’t accurately tell you how much chemicals to add. Only good for selling their produces! Useless. told me to put 300g of alkalinity than I did and tested again and nothing changed! No matter what I put in for amounts the out come is always the same.
Doesn’t work
Using on iPhone 12, when I type in the numbers to test it says add 147g alkalinity booster but I already added 200g as that’s what it first told me and it’s now off the scale and still telling me to add more. This needs fixed pronto.

Have iPhone 11 and use other hot tub 600l and won’t let me click on buttons and when enter values in it says to add 300g

This is a great app to use if you haven’t owned a hot tub. Very user friendly and gives you the information you need to care for you spa. There are links to service, backyard delivery and social media pages as well!

It’s a great idea and will be very helpful when working:
iPhone 8 Plus - can’t select the colours, when manually type the scores it gives the same recommended treatment regardless of what scores you enter.
Ie you can enter that the pH is 14 and it will tell you your alkalinity is too low and need to add alkaline booster.

App is utterly useless
I have tested the water properly, put the details in. The app asked me for “spa capacity” but it failed to ask me whether it wants litres or gallons.
Then the tester kit reading says it’s fine but the app says everything is too low.
What do I go by?
I think I’ll just take the tester pot readings and go with that.

Doesnt work
Be warned. If you use this on an iphone 11 you cannot press the buttons to indicate test strip colour, if you put in manual readings it gives you inappropriate dosages of chemicals. My wifes phone (an iphone 8) it works perfectly. So dont do what i did and put loads of chemicals in on day one and regret it..... please update app to work on more modern iphones. (Btw canadian spa excellent company so far and dont judge them on this app!)

Dangerous guide to chemicals
After speaking to Canadian spa about getting the chemicals right in our swift current they recommended we use this app along with Canadian spa test strips. Well we have done this exactly as described with the quantities of the Canadian spa chemicals and now the alkalinity of the water is off the scale. Luckily I have tested again and the app still says add 287g of alkaline booster!!!!

Great app easy to use but ..
Would be great if you could also choose bromine instead of chlorine. Then It would be perfect.

After being told to get this app by a Canadian spa engineer it crashes every time you try to log your test. Does the same on my husbands phone too.
