Annoying Promotional notifications

the app keeps sending me annoying promotional notifications that I don’t want to see. This is against the Apple guidelines which state that apps must get explicit permission before sending any promotional notification and must provide an in-app settings screen that lets people change their choice. This app has no way to disable promotional notifications, so I have to turn off ALL notifications from it, which is very frustrating. Do better.

Refresh

Only thing I don’t like is when you have purchased something, amount of money is not refreshing automatically and it shows that amount you hade before purchase.

Transactions page isn’t working

It is almost impossible to open transactions page and god forbid if you decide to filter it, app might crash :)

Overall experience

The app itself and the idea is not bad but the way app works is killing me, you have to wait for a light year to do any operation, which is annoying and costs of lot of time and nerves

Frustrating experience

I had an unpleasant experience with the app and was restricted from continuing after a few unsuccessful attempts to register.

1. license agreement text was loading for a long time, and I had to wait for it to load before I could continue.
2. ID card recognition was extremely difficult, I had to try multiple times before it was recognized.
3. Face verification: After the ID card was recognized, I was asked to take a picture of my face. after a certain number of unsuccessful attempts, the app prevented me to continue until the next day.

Tried with the different phones, lighting/angles/distances, and different facial expressions, but I was not able to complete the registration process.

These types of problems can be frustrating and inconvenient, especially if the app is advertised to provide quick and easy access to money.

you cant even change your number or register normally, operators cant help you too many technical issues and bugs.

Updates, updates, updates..

The application cannot be used without weekly updates. In an important situation, when you have very little time and you need to use your mobile banking app, you can't do anything 😒

Don't recommended this bank and TBC Bank they are same. Closing accounts without explanation and only answer from there side is that they can do it❗️

Constantly getting worse

Every month starts with new problems. Have you fixed iOS 12 issues so far?
It started with non working transfers, and now application would not start at all. I would be ashamed if I were you. :(

Don’t understand so cant use

i wanted to download space to see if it was good to use and if i liked the set up, one issue is its in a completely different language that even google translate doesnt understand, and it says in the app store that there is english language, but if theres a way to change that i dont know how to because i cant even understand the language. i csnt even sign up or ‘get started’.

My favorite mobile bank

I've been using space for more than 2 years already and I LOVE it. The only thing I would add is different currencies but they told me they're already working on it, so I'm waiting patiently ✨

I really wanted to try this app! But even though it say it’s available in 4 LANGUAGES it is not!! Falsely advertised 🤬😒

In LOVE

I absolutely love this bank. literally the most comfortable bank in Georgia so far. I just wish they had currencies other than GEL, that's the only thing that keeps my main finances in the other Bank.

Total fixer-upper

When you look at the app in the App Store it looks great, and then when you download it and open the application it’s in a totally different language with no choice of changing the langue to English. Highly frustrated about this.

Not in English!!

I can’t do anything with this app because it is another language. I don’t know how to switch it to English, even tried to go through the Help option but that isn’t English either. Never had an app do this to me before. It’s crazy. Very disappointed.
