I downloaded this app at the recommendation of the website in the confirmation of my tickets. I’ve tried for days to get the welcome screen to load, but all I get is the never ending buffering circle. I would leave a zero star rating for this if I could.

App does not load. It installed but when opening, It just spins and never shows anything. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing.

Had I known all of the “free photo ops“ were complete garbage, I would’ve taken the photos myself. None of the photos are accessible, the app won’t even open. Total waste of time.
It will loose your photos.
Don’t rely on their photo service they won’t provide the photos. They aren’t available even if you enter the 18 digit code, it’s completely worthless.

I went to the Space Needle and they offered us a free photo, so then me and my family took it but then when I went to go look at the photo I was unable to and I’m really disappointed
This app is garbage.
This app doesn’t work at all. Just spinning pinwheels. Reinstalled and reinstalled. Spent our whole time at the needle trying to get the stupid app to work. #wasteoftime

Don’t do it! You can get the photos using your ticket number. I tried the QR code from the app and now I cannot retrieve any of my photos. Super disappointed. The app is worthless.

For some reason the system is down. Never loads even after uninstalling and installing, restarting, and so on.
It also seems like the other reviews have never been checked recently or taken down either so. Definitely give it a try but also be extremely warned that it doesn’t work.
Luckily I went to the Space Needle kiosk at the top floor and sent the free pictures with tickets to my email. It also lets you choose the background once at that kiosk.
I recommend that way because at least you can get it emailed instead.
