Useless waste of space

This app is useless. It does not take Apple Pay and requires you to enter in all of the your card details every time you recharge. I asked them to add Apple Pay one year ago and still nothing. It is the most basic function and still they cannot do it. I have no idea why schools use this terrible app. It has one job and cannot even do it.

Inconvenient app

It’s 2026, progressive country we live in, and no apple/google pay? Insecure form, where everyone could see my all details of the card, while I’m entering them. There is a time’s approved UX, why don’t you use it?

Lots of bugs - cannot recharge my sons lunch card for a week, support is slow and it has not been resolved.
