Inconvenient app
It’s 2026, progressive country we live in, and no apple/google pay? Insecure form, where everyone could see my all details of the card, while I’m entering them. There is a time’s approved UX, why don’t you use it?

Lots of bugs - cannot recharge my sons lunch card for a week, support is slow and it has not been resolved.

Card replacement
I had to pay now the second time for a card and I hope we get it. Can’t get in touch with anyone. The school doesn’t know. It’s very hard to communicate with you really disappointed!

Please add photos of the food as it is relevant when choosing for picky eaters
Apple Pay adoption for Topups
I would kindly request to add apply pay as payment method instead of every time adding card details, will be much easier and I think faster

One of the worst apps if patent has to place a weekly repeat order without having to opt for an expensive meal plan. Reported several times but no one cares
Poor development
Extremely frustrating to use this app… no Apple Pay; cant plug into any stored cards. Try and add card in, name field doesn’t highlight… accidentally click the terms and conditions … pop up comes out .. now try going back into the app… honestly really lazy programming .. simple fixes needed!!!
Awful
This app should get a zero star . Everytime i receive otp and try to paste it , it clicks on T&C’s for bank page and you can not go back 4 times i am trying this and unable to charge my kids card .

Had to download the app 5 times and still couldnt pay
No cancel preordered meals option.
No option to cancel pre booked meals. I made a mistake and ordered 2 lots of my sons lunches for the same day for a whole week and the app doesn’t let you cancel them
Slow app
The app seems to be glitching. It is slow, takes a long time for screens to load to make transactions.

Unable to scroll down when you have to choose meal options, therefore unable to book and pay
