Ultimate Downgrade
You removed everything that made Yoodo great. No Roam Like Home, no customisable plans, no basic SMS plan that kept your line active for the month. And lets not start with the actual app, which was the laziest revamp ever. You just changed the color theme to blue instead of pink and you call it a new app? You dare call it a refresh? Thanks for all the years in Yoodo but Spark is not a worthy successor. You should have just retired the entire app and service. You forever ruined Yoodo's great legacy of actually being affordable and accessible to everyone. Greedy corporations indeed

Roaming got terminated without notice!
Out of a sudden my app updates from Yoodo to Spark and I lost the 7-day roaming that I purchased two days ago and customer service has been utterly useless. Please fix this CelcomDigi!!!

Useless app
Ordering eSIM from the app is just impossible. No matter how many times I’ve tried through the selfie it just doesn’t work! FIX IT!!

I enjoy this app however , Yoodo does not allow to change the principle user. The only way is to delete and buy a new number

I got the sim back in 2020! It was an esim. Easy transaction, clear instructions and easy to install. I chose to be independent meaning I’m not on any contract so I can increase and decrease my usage depending on where I am. I’ve used the service across Turkey, German, Belgium, Holland, France, UK, Ireland and some parts in eastern European countries! And it has been great! I don’t have to stop or look for local shops to buy SIMs. It was a very smooth communication for my entire family. The internet is fast and reliable when we are at oversea. Thanks to Celcom! Always reliable!

I am happy to be able to continue using the same yoodo plan after it was takeover by Celcomdigi. Sim replacement delivery was super quick and free! Activation process was smooth and less hassle. Still the best telco in term of the freedom & flexibility to choose plan and cheaper than normal postpaid. Hope Celcomdigi maintain the plan offered and I am ready to stay loyal to this line.

Best Telco in Malaysia
I been using this telco for quite some time. Changed to other telco, still think this Yoodo is the best, then switch back again to Yoodo. As Malaysian, this is the most affordable and most flexible plan ever!
